Traditionally, yoga was not taught in group classes but handed down from teacher to student one-on-one.

All yogis, whether brand new beginners or seasoned, can benefit from the individual attention in private yoga instruction.

What to expect


I tailor private sessions to your specific needs. Some of the areas we will focus on include posture, proper sitting/standing/walking form, body awareness, strength, healing, breathing, improving range of motion, stress relief, yoga for depression or anxiety, and self-care practices.

  • I specialize in Alignment-Oriented Vinyasa Yoga, Forrest Yoga, and Yin Yoga, and possess excellent knowledge of anatomy and movement. I will weave all the modalities I’m versed in into a personalized private yoga session for you that will likely not resemble any yoga “class” you’ve been in.

  • Pranayama and meditation are part of traditional Hatha Yoga and are included in most of my sessions, as well as prescribed for your personal practice between sessions.

  • Currently, all private yoga is held virtually via Zoom. If you are visiting the Tampa, FL area (or Montezuma, Costa Rica when I am there) and would like to arrange an in-person session or event, please contact me.


Single classes are available for $160 with discounts for 6 and 12-session packages.

Private students receive other perks, including invitations to my private meditation challenges, discounts on thai massage and reiki, and other opportunities I create in the future.
